In the future there are citizens who live in secure and isolated cities far away from the conflict of the outer edges. Most inner citizens, as they are called, believe that everyone outside of their cities is a barbarian. Outside of the highly protected walls of the cities wars wage and savage outlanders, the populous who live is these areas, are said to have no moral fiber and are rarely allowed near the civilized areas.
One of these citizens, Esume Scarlet, is a woman who is said to have 100 faces. She is the master of several different languages, dialects, and knows how to blend into a crowd flawlessly through her many different disguises. While she travels from city to city stealing and pulling many different heists, she has never actually been to the outer edges. It is her vast amount of skills that attracts the attention of team Aeriolas, a group of vigilantes who will do just about any job for a fee. With her help the can accomplish much more in their world.
